Perrins Taps YouTube Knowledge to Win WSOP Bracelet

Matt Perrins, a poker player from the British suburb of Rochdale, today became the second Rochdale resident to win a WSOP title by winning the $1,500 buy-in No-Limit Deuce-to-Seven Lowball Championship.

Only days before, Jake Cody of Rochdale won the $25,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em Championship.

Perrins’ victory is impressive considering that he had never played Deuce-to-Seven before the WSOP, and had to learn the rules on Youtube on his flight to Las Vegas.
