Laurent Tapie confirmed to iGaming France that Groupe Bernard Tapie has reached an agreement in principle that allows for the repayment of players worldwide. A final agreement will be signed "within 15 days," according to Tapie.

"The payment terms are defined. We will draft an agreement to be signed within 15 days, and we will issue a statement shortly that will provide more information,” Tapie told iGaming France.

Though not explicitly confirmed, Group Bernard Tapie will likely repay players outside of the US and make payments to the DOJ, who will refund US players directly.

Specific details have not been revealed by Groupe Bernard Tapie or the US Department of Justice. As of yet, no clear time frame for the repayment of balances has been established.
