Ray Bitar, Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer and Rafe Furst have signed waivers of service and, as a result, will not have to appear in court to acknowledge the complaints filed against them.
The documents were sent to Bitar, Ferguson, Lederer and Furst on October 18 and returned to US Assistant Attorney Jason Cowley on November 11.
Earlier this month, PokerStars, Full Tilt and Absolute Poker were given a further extension to respond to the amended civil complaint issued on September 20. The three sites now have until the end of November to provide their response.
