The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) announced today that the regulatory hearing with Full Tilt on September 19 will be held “in camera”. The initial hearing held in July (also behind close doors) was postponed to allow Full Tilt time to pursue investment options.
The news is disappointing as the regulatory hearing was initially scheduled to transparently review the AGCC’s decision to suspend Full Tilt’s operating licenses on June 29.
