$14 Million in Full Tilt Payments Issued

The number of players entering WSOP tournaments at the Rio in the next few days may increase significantly considering that another $14 million has been issued to the poker community by the claims administrator in the Full Tilt remission process.

The Garden City Group (GCG) provided a new update on the official website informing that the funds were released yesterday via ACH and those players expecting payment should see their account balances rise in the next few days. Over 3,200 players that includes those labeled as affiliates with confirmed Full Tilt account balances are among this latest round of reimbursement.

The GCG also provided a reminder that players who received a notice regarding incorrect bank account information should inform the claims administrator as to a proper account by June 25. A deadline of July 5 has been set for players who owe the government money in the Treasury Offset Program to complete and submit a Unified Financial Management System Vendor Request Form.

A total of $95 million has now been distributed to roughly 33,000 former U.S. Full Tilt players since February 28. More money is on the way to petitioners with disputed account balances and players labeled as Full Tilt Pros at future dates after further review and determination by the DoJ.
