The Hive Poker Network Gaining Players

A new poker network known as The Hive launched just a few months ago and is quickly adding players mostly from regions in Europe, Turkey and Italy.

The Hive made its debut on PokerScout’s global rankings in 14th place and currently clocks in with a seven-day average of 850 cash players, reaching peaks of around 1900 players daily. That 24-hour peak time typically arrives rather early in the day.

PlanetWin365 is listed as the only skin operating at The Hive website. However, recent reports indicate that Yachting Poker has migrated to The Hive from the PokerPack Network earlier this month. PokerScout stated that several more skins will be launching on The Hive Poker Network within a couple months time.

Hive Poker is accessible on Windows and Mac via download, with mobile and tablet availability likely to follow in the first half of this year. The games offered include Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi Lo, Telesina, and a fast-fold variant known as Instapoker. Telesina is a variation of Five-Card Stud that is popular in Italy. The addition of other game offerings such as Turkish Poker are in the works.

A VIP player loyalty program, as well as weekly rake races and a SitNGo leaderboard competition are some of the promotions marketed at The Hive. PlanetWin365 also offers a €365 deposit bonus.

Current languages supported are English, Chinese, Serbo-Croat and Italian. Additional languages are available upon request.

The Hive is headquartered in Malta and informs potential players on its website that “security and pool ecology are our main priorities.”
