Revolution Gaming Tops Merge Among U.S.-Friendly Networks

The newly rebranded Revolution Gaming Network has surpassed the Merge Gaming Network as the online poker network with the highest amount of player traffic among sites still permitting U.S. players.

In less than two weeks since leaving Merge and taking over the Cake Network, Lock Poker has pushed Revolution into the the top spot with a marketing strategy that includes the highest rakeback in the business and a massive deposit bonus. As of this writing, Revolution is in ninth place among all networks with 1,012 cash players online to 938 for Merge, which is good for 11th place, according to PokerScout's latest tallies.

Revolution's 7-day average of 1,160 squeaks past 1,100 of Merge. Bodog has fallen into third among poker rooms still accepting U.S. players with a 7-day average of 840, good for 14th place overall.
