Taking over the top spot in player traffic among U.S.-friendly poker networks as the newly re-branded Revolution Gaming Network has not been without its problems for Lock Poker.
Reports of software glitches that caused player balances to be missing some winnings from SitNGos and ring games plagued the network following the software update at the beginning of June. Following the missing money problem, players have been complaining as of late on public poker forums that the customer service is also not up to par.
As is the case with many businesses that grow, attention to customers’ concerns often wanes due to the increased demands of an influx of customers. Lock Poker’s marketing strategy upon leaving the Merge Network and re-branding the Cake Network as Revolution Gaming seemingly was intended to put the players first. Let’s hope that the network’s growth will not cause Revolution to lose sight of that aim.
