Betfred Poker Shifts to iPoker Network's Top Tier

The iPoker Network experienced a bit of restructuring this morning when Betfred Poker made the move to the top tier of the industry’s leading online poker network.

That is certainly good news for loyal Betfred players, who can now enjoy greater liquidity and a larger number of recreational players among the upper echelon of iPoker’s two-tier system. iPoker split into two tiers in September of 2012 and established criteria to be met by each skin in order to be placed in the higher-level tier.

The dual-tier system was implemented as a way to protect the larger skins such as Titan Poker, Paddy Power, William Hill and others, whose marketing spend and ability to attract casual players is far greater than that of the skins landing in the lower tier. Boylepoker, Genting and Dafabet Poker are among the smaller, lower-tier skins that will now be part of a reduced player pool with the loss of Betfred Poker.

Online poker players would be well-advised to check out the deposit bonus and additional deals available at the latest poker room to be welcomed to iPoker’s top tier, Betfred Poker. Those deals are further enhanced by signing up through PokerVIP.com, whose players have received over $31,500,000 in loyalty and rakeback payments.
