New Jersey online poker players who frequently play at and plan on competing at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas this summer can get their same loyalty program status at the Nevada site by sending an email to [email protected]

WSOP honchos are extending a warm welcome to New Jersey players with the goal of making their stay in Nevada during the 47th annual poker festival an uplifting and positive experience. And what better way to do that than to recognize loyal New Jersey customers by providing a “Nevada Matchup” on current VIP benefits?

The offer is good for Silver status members and above, which includes Gold, Platinum and Diamond level players on the monthly VIP scheme. Left out are players in the Copper and Bronze tiers, which encompasses players who rack up less than 200 Action Player Points (APPs) a month.

The Nevada Matchup promotion began on May 1 and will run through the end of July. New Jersey players intent on availing themselves of the promo are advised to include their user names from both states when sending the status match email to

Welcome Bonus in Both States

Keep in mind that New Jersey players can also take advantage of the 100% up to $400 Welcome Bonus at the Nevada site while in town for the WSOP if they have not done so previously. One first-time deposit bonus is permitted at both the NJ and NV sites.

Sixty days are permitted to clear the deposit bonus.

That Welcome Bonus, of course, is also available to players from all over the world who will be in Las Vegas to play at the 2016 WSOP. So if this will be your first time competing at the World Series of Poker, remember to grab some bonus cash while playing online.

Online Action Galore

While clearing that deposit bonus, there are hundreds of events to choose from at NV during the live poker festival. Over 500 tournaments offering more than $2 million in prize money are on the docket from May 25 to July 10.

Included within that period are the Online Championships from June 10 to July 10 consisting of 93 tournaments. Over $700,000 in guaranteed prize money will land in the accounts of in the money finishers during the Online Championships.

An Online Poker Championships Leaderboard will determine the top players of the online festival, with a Champions ring awarded to the winner.
