
Schleswig-Holstein will make a decision by September at the earliest regarding its online gambling legislation, ahead of further negotiations with Germany’s other 15 Länder over the State Gambling Treaty, according to eGaming Review.
Schleswig-Holstein received approval from the European Commission for its proposal in May. The current State Gambling Treaty is due to expire on January 1, 2012.
