Preet Bharara, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, has given Full Tilt, PokerStars and Absolute Poker until the end of November to respond to the amended civil complaint issued on September 20.

Full Tilt has been given until November 14 to file claims for property that is currently subject to seizure, while indicted payment processor Chad Elie, who filed a motion to dismiss in early October, has been until the end of November to respond to the civil complaint.

The news comes after Groupe Bernard Tapie reached an "agreement in principle" earlier this week with the US Department of Justice for the repayment of players worldwide.
