Microgaming has announced an agreement with Ladbrokes to provide its casino and poker software in the newly regulated Danish and Spanish markets. The British bookmaker said it expects to launch its Danish website in January 2012 and its Spanish counterpart, LBApuestas.es, early next year.
Adam Greenblatt, Ladbrokes’ director of corporate and strategic development, said: “We have a strong relationship with Microgaming and our players have always reacted well to their products. We are pleased to be working with them as we target new licences in Spain and Denmark, markets familiar to Ladbrokes already.”
The announcement today follows the renewal of their partnership earlier this year under renegotiated terms.
“We have had a long and successful relationship with Ladbrokes and are delighted to be entering these two exciting markets with them,” said Microgaming head of business development Andy Clucas. “Once granted a licence, Ladbrokes will be able to offer the most competitive range of products.”
