Lary Kennedy and Greg Omotoy have filed a class action lawsuit against Full Tilt, its board members, sponsored pros and lawyers seeking $900 million.
The case, filed in the California Central District Court earlier this week, is similar to the other class action suits brought against Full Tilt since Black Friday, accusing management of “brazen money-laundering” and fraud.
Among the 27 named defendants are board members Ray Bitar, Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer and Rafe Furst. Also named are Ian Imrich and Cozen O’Connor, lawyers associated with Full Tilt.
Kennedy and Omotoy attempted to sue Full Tilt in 2009 over the alleged us of bots. Full Tilt described those allegations as “frivolous” and “baseless” and the case was dismissed in April 2010.
